Dartford Borough Council draft Housing Strategy 2025-2028 Consultation

The Council’s Housing Service is currently carrying out consultations with Dartford Borough Council tenants and (council property) leaseholders on the following draft housing policies and strategy.

Housing Strategy 2025-28
This strategy sets out the Council’s plans on how it intends to deliver the Housing Service to residents over the next three years.

Housing Allocations Policy
This policy sets out the criteria and procedures that the Council uses to prioritise applicants for housing owned by the Council and a proportion of homes owned by the Council’s housing association partners in the borough.

Water Safety Management Plan and Policy
This policy sets out the Council’s approach to the control of Legionella bacteria in hot and cold water systems.
