Accessible buses will run between:

• Slade Green and Gravesend, calling at all stations
• Barnehurst / Crayford and Dartford, calling at all stations

The following stations will be closed, and will only be served by accessible buses:

• Dartford
• Stone Crossing
• Greenhithe for Bluewater
• Swanscombe
• Northfleet
