Works starting 15th October 2025 and in total should take 17 nights (excluding weekends) to complete, working hours will be between 20:00 and 06:00 each

The above road will be closed in the phases detailed below.

Phase 1

B260 Green Street Green Road will be closed between the junction of Ladywood Road and Watchgate. Works commence in Phase 1 on 15th October 2025 and should take 6 nights (excluding weekends) to complete.

Alternative Route Via – B260 Green Street Green Road, Gore Road, A296 Watling Street, B255 Bean Lane, B255 High Street (Bean), B255 Southfleet Road, B262 Sandbanks Hill, B260 Green Street Green Road and vice versa.

Residents requiring access to Watchgate, Bennett Way, Sinclair Way and Moss Way will need to enter and exit from northern (Dartford) extent of the works whilst we work in this phase 1.

Residents requiring access to Ladywood Road, Coombfield Drive, Hill Rise, Lordswood Close, Coller Crescent, Langlands Drive, Ridgeway, Hillside, Court Road, St Luke close and Stevens Close will need to enter and exit from the southern (Longfield) extent of the works whilst we work in phase 1.

Phase 2

B260 Green Street Green Road will be closed between the junctions of Hill Rise, Gore Road and Darenth Hill at the junction of Roman Villa Road. Works commence in Phase 2 on 23rd October 2025 and should take 4 nights (excluding weekends) to complete.

Alternative Route via Gore Road, A296 Watling Street, B255 Bean Lane, B255 High Street (Bean), B255 Southfleet Road, B262 Sandbanks Hill, B260 Green Street Green Road and vice versa.

Alternative Route from Darenth Hill junction/Roman Villa Road via Darenth Hill, Parsonage Lane, A225 Hawley Road, A225 Lowfield Street, A225 Princes Road, B260 Green Street Green Road and on to the above diversion.

Residents requiring access to the northern extent of B260 Green Street Green Road, Wood Lane and Littledale will need to enter from Dartford the extent of the works whilst working in this phase.

Residents requiring access to Darenth Village will need to enter from the southern (Longfield) extent of the works whilst we work in phase 2.

Phase 3

B260 Green Street Green Road will be closed between the junctions of Darenth Hill and Orbital One industrial Park. Gore Road will also be closed at the junction Darenth Park Avenue. Works commence in Phase 3 on 29th October 2025 and should take 7 nights (excluding weekends) to complete.

B260 Green Street Green Road, Gore Road, A296 Watling Street, B255 Bean Lane, B255 High Street (Bean), B255 Southfleet Road, B262 Sandbanks Hill B260 Green Street Green Road and vice versa.

Alternative Route from Orbital One via B260 Green Street Green Road, A296 Princes Road, join diversion from Gore Road.

Alternative Route from Gore Road/Darenth Park Avenue closure will need to exit Gore Road and Join the above detailed diversion route.

Residents requiring access to the northern extent of B260 Green Street Green Road including Wood Lane and Littledale will need to enter from the Longfield extent of the works whilst we work in phase 3.
